Cancellation Policy
If you/your child is going to be absent from class, please email us at: admin@theclimbcircusarts.org. Each class enrollment is entitled to two class makeups per session. Makeups can be done in any age and level appropriate class that has available space or during open gym. It is your responsibility to reach out to schedule a makeup as soon as possible as spots will be limited. We do not prorate or refund for missed classes. Refunds will be issued upon request in the first week of a session. After the first week, no refunds will be issued. For clients using a payment plan, a credit card must be on file. Attire: Please make sure that you come to class properly dressed. Yoga pants/leggings that cover the backs of the knees with fitted work-out tops tucked in for classes. Please check your leggings for hidden zippers (even the small zipper across the back), as they can rip our silks. Warm ups may be worn over training clothes during stretch and cool down but not when training skills. Level 2 and up must wear a leotard/biketard/unitard with tights/leggings. We recommend bringing a pair of socks and a set of long sleeves in case of likely rope/silk burn. Please note, if you choose to wear a sports bra in lieu of a shirt, it must be an athletic bra designed for athletic activity. No jeans, zippers or buckles–strictly enforced. Shirts should tuck in (helps with privacy when upside down). Students may go barefoot, wear socks, or ballet shoes. Hair longer than chin length must be tied back and secured. No jewelry for all classes both ground and aerial. Post earrings are fine. Class Conduct: Safety is our primary concern! For that reason, students must follow the safety rules. These rules will be discussed on the first day of class. Students are expected to be courteous and encouraging to classmates. Please, no gum or food during class. No one is allowed on any equipment when not in class and under an instructor’s supervision. Communication: We have an open door policy at The Climb Circus Arts, and encourage parents and students to reach out with any feedback, questions, or concerns. We also love to hear what you or your child are enjoying! Please never hesitate to email! Inclement Weather: Mother nature is unpredictable–we wish we could allot for all rainstorms, hurricanes, snowstorms, downed wires, power outages, etc.–but it has just proven too difficult. We cannot, and do not, refund for weather closures.
